From The Spy Within to Unmasking, one thing is consistent; Phoebe is always so dramatic and playful when she is around her loved ones.
Besides being overly dramatic, Phoebe did pose an important question at the end of this chapter.
Can she really trust Federick Archer?
It’s true that Archer has been overtly nice and even cute in the past few chapters, but the fact remains… He is known to be callous, selfish, and calculative.
