International Women’s Day 2022

Woman’s Day was officially on March 8th. But our beautiful women deserve more than just 1 day.

I understand the significance of having March 8th as the international women’s day, and I am not dismissing its importance. After all, the women of Russia had to take their courage in both hands, on March 8, 1917, to protest the shortage of food and World War 1. They had the gut to walk the street of Petrograd, now known as St Petersburg, in Russia, and try to stop the injustice they were seeing.

You can read more about it here: Why is Women’s Day on March 8th?

This month, I encourage you to continue celebrating the women of your country.

And to readers, if you fancy reading books with courageous and bold women protagonists, check my books:

Unmasking, Affair of the Heart and The Spy Within book cover

Each woman in these stories is different in their own way, yet smart, strong and sensitive.

If you fancy a short story filled with erotism, then ‘Affair of the Heart’ is your best bet. The main character, Doctor Angelica Buar, is a mother and a divorcee who had to build her life from ground zero after building the courage to leave her husband. After she challenges the State Law Enforcement’s best detective, she is thrust into working with him. A man who is a dominant and challenges her to trust again.

However, if you fancy a long story — say a book series — delve into the Tame Series.

The Spy Within‘ introduces you to Phoebe Smith, a mother, businesswoman, and spy.

While ‘Unmasking‘ explores more of Phoebe Smith and her world.

Phoebe Smith is bold, fierce, doesn’t take crap from anyone, and knows her worth. She is a femme fatal. Yet, when she is with her kids, she is a loving, caring, and attentive mother. She’s someone who fluctuates from motherly to cold-hearted. It all depends on the situation and where she is. The only downside is that she has yet to discover what it’s like to have romance in her and what it means to really love a man. Having spent her whole life focusing on her career, business, agency, family and her desire for revenge, Phoebe had little time exploring romance and love.

I wish you an enjoyable read. And when you pick up a copy of either novel, write me a review.

Again, happy International Women’s Day.
